Order Processing & Delivery

2. Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes 5 to 15 working days. You will be notified once your order is dispatched
3. Shipping Policy: Flat Fee of INR 100 for delivery across India. For international deliveries, please contact us at art@themonetadesign.com
Orders & Payments
1. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Privacy Protection: We do not store your card details or sensitive banking information. All transactions are securely processed.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and delicate nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
Intellectual Property
All artworks are exclusive designs owned by our platform. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or distribution of any artwork will result in legal action.
